Captain Countdown's First Winner Scores at Lone Star

Captain Countdown, a multiple stakes winner, was represented by his first winner when his daughter, Bobbie M., won June 15 at Lone Star Park at first asking. Bred in Texas by Joe McKellar, Bobbie M. ran the 5 1/2 furlongs in 1:05.35, winning for James G. Switser. She is the first foal from the Pentelicus mare Dancin Darlene.
Captain Countdown (Relaunch--Bearly Cooking, by Really Cooking) stands for $1,500 at Double S Thoroughbred Farm near Tyler, Texas.
