As of 4:30 p.m. and with more than $5 million in the mutuel pool, Barbaro was 3-5 at Pimlico Race Course for today's Preakness Stakes (gr. I). Post time for the race is approximately 6:14 p.m.

Barbaro, bred and owned by Roy and Gretchen Jackson, is going for the second jewel in the Triple Crown after winning the Kentucky Derby Presented by Yum! Brands (gr. I) by 6 ½ lengths. His morning line price was even money.
