First-crop sires Erlton, Planet Earth, and Touch Tone were represented by their first winners May 12.
Erlton's initial winner, Fine N Dandy, won at four furlongs in :47.29 at Evangeline Downs in her first start. Bred in Louisiana by Jay Adcock and Neal McFadden, she races for M.A. Dal Sasso.
A multiple stakes winner, Erlton (Buckaroo--Am Sensational, by Deputy Minister) stands for $1,500 at Adcock's Red River Farms near Coushatta, La.
Planet Earth, a course-record setter at Ellis Park, was represented by his initial winner when Jon' Jean won by 5 1/2 lengths at 4 1/2 furlongs in :53.41 at Churchill Downs at first asking. Bred in Illinois by Southern View Farm, Jon' Jean is owned by a partnership that includes Tom Dipiazza and Merrill R. Scherer.
Planet Earth (Conquistador Cielo--De La Rose, by Nijinsky II) stands for $1,000 at Lora Pitre's Peach Lane Farms near Opelousas, La.
Touch Tone's first winner, Unload, won at Lone Star Park, scoring at 4 1/2 furlongs in :53.49 in his second outing. Texas-bred Unload races for his breeder, Tom Durant.
A multiple stakes winner, Touch Tone (Pick Up the Phone--Super Senorita, by El Baba) stands for $1,500 at James Helzer's JEH Stallion Station near Pilot Point, Texas.
