The Maryland stewards granted leading rider Rosie Napravnik a stay after she appealed a five-day suspension for her ride aboard Tenure Track at Pimlico on April 28.

Her agent, John Faltynski, told steward John Burke that her appeal was based on the belief that, "She made every attempt to maintain a straight course and disagreed with the stewards decision."

Napravnik is seeking her second meet title while she awaits a commission hearing on her appeal.
