Funeral Arrangements Set for Peter Karches

Funeral arrangements have been finalized for Peter F. Karches, former Co-Chairman of the New York Racing Association, who died April 13 after a long bout with leukemia.

Viewing will be Monday from 2 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 10 p.m. at Beney Funeral Home, 79 Berry Hilll Road, Syosset, N.Y.; telephone: (516) 921-2888.

The funeral Mass will be held Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. Dominic Church, 93 Anstice Street, Oyster Bay, N.Y. 11771; telephone (516) 922-4488.

The family has requested no flowers.
