Tropical Storm's First Foal Is a Colt

The first foal sired by Tropical Storm arrived Feb. 2 and was bred by Jane M. Braugh. The colt is out of the winning Quiet American mare Silent Reason.

Tropical Storm (Storm Cat--Pearl City, by Carson City) stands for $5,000 at Rick Trontz' Hopewell Farm near Midway, Ky.
