Officer Colt, Ide Filly Set Pace in Fasig-Tipton Texas Works

A colt from the first crop of
Officer and an
Ide filly named Tensas Yucatan sizzled in their works, each covering an eighth of a mile in :10 Sunday at Lone Star Park during the under tack show for the Fasig-Tipton Texas sale of 2-year-olds in training.
Consigned by Leprechaun Racing, agent, the Officer colt is out of stakes winner Frans Lass (by Shanekite) and is a half-brother to stakes-placed French Lass (by French Deputy), who won three times, and to stakes producer Great Plains Lady (by
Peaks and Valleys). Tensas Yucatan is the second foal out of the placed Dehere mare Xylophone, who is a half-sister to stakes winner Joyous Song (by American Chance). Twin Oaks Training Center, agent, is the consignor of Tensas Yucatan.
