Birdstone out of Heat Lightning. Birdstone stands at the Beck family's Gainesway Farm near Lexington. Heat Lightning, who is boarded at the Hancock family's Claiborne Farm near Paris, Ky., is booked to
Unbridled's Song .
Folklore's half-sister arrived a day later at Sheikh Mohammed's Darley at Jonabell near Lexington. Bred by Darley, the filly is by
Pleasantly Perfect out of Contrive, who is booked to
Elusive Quality . Folklore was champion 2-year-old filly. Pleasantly Perfect stands at William S. Farish's Lane's End Farm near Versailles, Ky.
