Grade II Winner Top Account to Little King in Washington

Grade II winner Top Account, who has sired nine runners that have won or placed in stakes, has arrived for stallion duty at Buzz and Kathie King's Little King Ranch near George, Washington.
A 14-year-old son of Private Account, Top Account has sired stakes winners Accountable Guy and Cash Counter and the earners of $3.5 million. His leading earner, Redheat Riot, earned $231,645 and was grade II stakes-placed in New York.
Top Account won the King's Bishop Stakes (gr. II) at Saratoga and his five stakes-placings include a third in the NYRA Mile Handicap (gr. I). Produced from the grade II stakes-winning Hoist the Flag mare Up the Flagpole, Top Account is a half-brother to European champion Flagbird and to grade I winners Runup the Colors and Prospectors Delite, who is the dam of Horse of the Year

Top Account, who formerly stood at Liberty Stud in New York, stands for $2,000.
