Full Brother to Champion Declan's Moon Born

A full brother to champion Declan's Moon was born Feb. 20 at Gunshot Hall Farm, owned by Dr. Ruel Cowles and his wife, Lisa, near Lexington. The birth was exactly four years to the day after Declan's Moon's foaling in Maryland. The dam of the full brothers, Vee Vee Star, is owned by Brice Ridgely and his wife, Mary Anne.
Unbeaten Declan's Moon, by
Malibu Moon , was champion 2-year-old male of 2004. He has not raced since winning the Santa Catalina Stakes (gr. II) last March for owner Jay Em Ess Stable and trainer Ron Ellis.
