HorseRacing TV will present a video tribute to the late Bob Lewis following the sixth race on Santa Anita's Presidents' Day program Monday.

Lewis, a prominent owner and member of the Oak Tree Racing Association Board of Directors, passed away early Friday at the age of 81.

In conjunction with the video ceremony, trainers Bob Baffert and D. Wayne Lukas, who trained Kentucky Derby (gr. I) and Preakness Stakes (gr. I) winners Silver Charm and Charismatic for Lewis and his wife, Beverly, will speak briefly from the winner's circle. Veterinarian Dr. Jack Robbins also will speak.

Additionally, the Lewises' famed green and yellow silks will provide a fitting backdrop to the ceremony. Eddie Delahoussaye, Victor Espinoza, David Flores, Corey Nakatani, Alex Solis, Gary Stevens, and Patrick Valenzuela will wear seven sets of Lewis colors.

The Lewis family has announced there will be a public visitation Wednesday at the Todd Funeral Home in Pomona from 4 to 8 p.m. The funeral will be held Thursday, 11 a.m. (PST), at St. James Anglican Church, 3209 Via Lido, in Newport Beach.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested donations be sent to the Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center Foundation.
