More Than 200 Juveniles Catalogued for Keeneland April Auction

Keeneland has cataloged 223 horses for its 14th select sale of 2-year-olds in training in Lexington. The number is down from 262 in 2005.

The auction is scheduled for April 18, starting at 1:30 p.m. (ET), and its catalogue can be viewed at www.keeneland.com. Under tack shows will be held, beginning at 10:30 a.m., on April 10 and April 17.

Graduates of the auction include Private Vow and Sorcerer's Stone, both graded winners and weighted among the top 10 colts on the 2005 Experimental Free Handicap, and Stream Cat, winner of the 2005 Kentucky Cup Juvenile (gr. III).

Ninety-seven different stallions are represented by colts and fillies in the 2006 April sale catalog, and include A.P. Indy, Awesome Again  , Distorted Humor  , Dynaformer, Elusive Quality  , Forestry  , Fusaichi Pegasus  , Giant's Causeway  , Gone West, Grand Slam, Kingmambo, Pulpit  , Rahy, Storm Cat, Tale of the Cat  , Theatrical, Thunder Gulch  , Tiznow  , and Unbridled's Song  .
