The field stood as the slight 7-2 favorite Thursday as the opening day of wagering on the first 2006 Kentucky Oaks Future Wager drew to a close.As of 9:40 p.m. ET, the betting category that includes all 3-year-old fillies other than the 23 individual interests was a slight choice over 2005 juvenile filly champion Folklore, bet to 4-1.Betting was light. Just $1,923 had been wagered at press time.
