Luhuk, who shuttled from Argentina to Gainesway Farm (Antony Beck, president) near Lexington the past several seasons, will remain in Argentina at Hernan Ceriana Cernadas' Haras La Quebrada. Luhuk's Northern Hemisphere shareholders have sold their interest in the 15-year-old son of Forty Niner to the Argentine farm.

A Kentucky-bred who raced in England and Dubai, Luhuk began his stallion career at Haras La Quebrada in 1996 and proved successful from the start. His Argentina-bred runners include a number of group winners, including Avanzado, who also raced in North America. Avanzado captured the 2003 Ancient Title Breeders' Cup Handicap (gr. I) in Santa Anita.

Luhuk, who was produced from the Dr. Fager mare Royal Stance, has sired 25 stakes winners. He covered 30 mares at Gainesway in 2005.
