The first foal by grade I winner
Toccet was born at David Hager II's Idle Hour Farm near Paris, Ky. Bred by Hager and foaled Jan. 19, the filly is out of the Lord At War mare Elegant Asset, who is a full sister to grade III winner Added Asset and a half-sister to grade II winner Added Gold.
