Ken and Sarah Ramsey's Badge of Silver, who won the Jan. 1 San Gabriel Handicap (gr. IIT) in his first grass start, will not enter stud at Ramsey Farm near Nicholasville, Ky., as originally planned. Instead, Badge of Silver will remain in training with Bobby Frankel and will be considered for the races in the Asian Mile Challenge. The four races are held in Australia, Dubai, Japan, and Hong Kong. The one in Dubai, the Dubai Duty Free (UAE-I) in March, is worth $5 million, up from $2 million. The Ramsey's won last year's $6-million Emirates Airline Dubai World Cup (UAE-I) with Roses in May.

Six-year-old Badge of Silver (Silver Deputy--Silveroo, by Silver Hawk) was scheduled to stand for $12,500. He has won seven of 14 races and earned $770,892.
