Greely Named to Post at Arlington Park

Arlington Park announced today that Kevin Greely has been named vice president of racing and racing secretary. Greely joins Arlington Park following more than a decade with the Emirates Racing Association and Dubai Racing Club, where he served as secretary to the association and racing secretary.
Since 1994, Greely has organized the Emirates Racing Association racing program for five racetracks. In addition, he served as racing secretary for the United Arab Emirates Black Type (Stakes) Committee and clerk of the course at Nad al Sheba Racecourse during his 11 years in Dubai.
Previously, Greely held a number of racing positions at the Fair Grounds, Churchill Downs, Keeneland, Turfway Park, and Arlington Park - where he was the track's assistant racing secretary in 1986 and a placing and patrol judge as well as claims clerk in 1984-85.
