Grade I winner High Fly, who recently was retired from racing because of a medial condylar fracture of his right front fetlock, will enter stud at Charlotte Weber's Live Oak Stud near Ocala, Fla.
High Fly, a Live Oak homebred, will stand for $5,000.
As a 3-year-old this year, High Fly captured the Florida Derby (gr. I) as well as the Fountain of Youth (gr. II) and Aventura Stakes, and was third in the Holy Bull Stakes (gr. III). He finished second in the Jerome Handicap (gr. II) at Belmont Park to Silver Train, subsequent winner of the Sprint.
A son of Atticus, High Fly retired with five wins from nine starts and earnings of $927,300. He is a half-brother to stakes winners Estimraar and Smokey Mirage and is out of grade I stakes-placed Verbasle (by Slewpy).
