Alyzig, Eugene's Third Son to Red River in Louisiana

Stakes winner Alyzig and grade II stakes-placed Eugene's Third Son will stand in 2006 at Jay Adcock's Red River Farms near Coushatta, La., with each standing for $1,500.Alyzig, an 8-year-old son of Danzig out of the stakes-winning Alydar mare Touch of Love, also was grade I stakes-placed. He formerly stood in Ballyvaughan Farm in Pennsylvania.Eugene's Third Son, who will enter stud in 2006, was first or second in all seven starts, earning $316,965 He ran second in the Lane's End Stakes (gr. II) and Arkansas Derby (gr. II) in consecutive starts. A 5-year-old son of Indian Charlie , Eugene's Third Son is out of the Afleet mare Gingerwood.
