Congressionalhonor, a graded stakes-winning half-brother to Horse of the Year contender Saint Liam, will enter stud at the Lyman family's Maui Meadow Farm near West Chester, Pa.

A 4-year-old son of Forestry   bred by Edward P. Evans, Congressionalhonor won or placed in nine of 15 starts and earned $112,413. He captured last year's Bay Meadows Derby (gr. IIIT) in his first added-money try.

Congressionalhonor is the second stakes winner produced from the stakes-winning Quiet American   mare Quiet Dance. His older half-brother, Saint Liam, was a four-time grade I winner this year.

Congressionalhonor was bought for stallion duty by Pewter Stable. He is being syndicated for $15,000 per share and will stand for $3,500 live foal.
