Stakes winner Ex Marks the Cop came through with his first winner when his son City Cop won Nov. 19 at Portland Meadows. Bred in Oregon by Edward Fischer, City Cop went the 5 1/2 furlongs in 1:08.11 for owner/trainer Robert J. Terry.
