Native Annie, a Texas homebred champion for Robert and Janice McNair's Stonerside Stable, has been retired from racing with a record of eight wins from 16 starts and earnings of $336,492.

Native Annie was champion 3-year-old filly of 2004 after winning the Texas Stallion, Allen Bogan Memorial, and Martanza Stakes. The daughter of Manzotti won the Texas Stallion Stakes as a 2-year-old and captured this year's Tomball Stakes on grass and the Double Your Flavor Stakes.

Native Annie is a half-sister to stakes winner Lx Commander and her dam, stakes-placed Criminative (by Criminal Type), is out of multiple stakes winner Sheena Native. Breeding plans will be announced later.
