Donna Blini is a 2-year-old daughter of Bertolini. Trained by Brian Meehan, She won the Cheveley Park Stakes (Eng-I) and the Cherry Hinton Stakes (Eng-II).

Commenting on the 2005 Tattersalls December Sale, Tattersalls Chairman Edmond Mahony said;

"This is not only the largest ever Tattersalls December Sale, but also one of the strongest catalogues we have assembled for a while," said Tattersalls chairman Edmon Mahony. "The two group I-winning fillies Maids Causeway and Donna Blini will undoubtedly attract enormous attention, but the crucial element is the massive strength in depth to both the mares and fillies and also the foals. The December sale has long been a prolific source of legendary broodmares, and the 2005 sale looks to have all the ingredients to entice the usual global cast of buyers."
