Darley Keeps Elusive Quality at $100,000

Elusive Quality , last year's leading sire by progeny earnings, will stand in 2006 for the same $100,000 fee that he stood for in 2005, according to Darley at Jonabell. The outfit manages Elusive Quality, who stands at Gainsborough Farm near Versailles, Ky.
Darley also announced that the fee for
Holy Bull , sire of this year's Kentucky Derby (gr. I) winner Giacomo, will remain at $15,000. Holy Bull stands at Darley at Jonabell near Lexington.
Following is a list of the Darley stallions and their 2006 fees. In addition to Elusive Quality, Quiet American stands at Gainsborough. The rest stand at Darley at Jonabell.
Cherokee Run, $40,000; Consolidator, $20,000;
E Dubai , $15,000; Elusive Quality, $100,000; Holy Bull, $15,000;
Kafwain , $10,000;
Offlee Wild, $15,000;
Quiet American $20,000;
Rossini $10,000;
Street Cry, $30,000.
