Suave Prospect to Coleman in New Mexico

Graded stakes winner Suave Prospect has been acquired by Chris and Barbara Coleman for stallion duty at their Coleman Farms near Farmington, N.M.
Suave Prospect has sired 15 runners that have won or placed in stakes. His eight stakes winners include graded winner Umpateedle and multiple stakes winner Elegant Designer. Suave Prospect's runners have earned $2 million this year and are zeroing in on the $8-million lifetime mark.
Suave Prospect, a 13-year-old son of Fortunate Prospect out of the Staff Writer mare Debonair Dancer, scored his big victory in the What a Pleasure Stakes (gr. III) and won or placed in 24 of 36 starts on his way to earning $730,532. He formerly stood at Farnsworth Farms near Ocala, Fla. His 2006 fee will be $6,500 live foal.
