Mr. Prospector's Son Bannack to Key Ranch in Texas

Bannack, a winning son of Mr. Prospector, will enter stud at Joe Kerby's Key Ranch near Salado, Texas, on behalf of a partnership. Five-year-old Bannack won or placed in five of 17 starts and earned $77,744. He is a full brother to English group II winner Placerville and is out of three-time grade I winner Classy Cathy (by Private Account). A fee will be announced later.
