Fast Play to Liberty Stud in New York

Fast Play, who has sired 36 horses that have won or placed in stakes, will stand in 2006 at Liberty Stud near Ghent, N.Y., under the management of Questroyal Stud. His fee will be $4,000.Fast Play's 14 stakes winners include English and Irish champion sprinter Lucayan Prince, plus graded stakes winners Fast Catch, Fire King, and Power Play. This year, Fast Play is represented by added-money winners Rapid Proof and 2-year-old Bell n' Gone.

His career progeny earnings are $12.7 million.Fast Play won the Remsen Stakes (gr. I) and Breeders' Futurity (gr. II) as a 2-year-old and earned a total of $594,545. He is half-brother to leading sire Seeking the Gold and is out of the Buckpasser mare Con Game. He formerly stood at Wafare Farm near Midway, Ky.
