Chief Seattle to Empire Stud

Chief Seattle, the sire of Valdale Stakes runner-up Patty Seattle, has been relocated to Empire Stud in Hudson, New York, for the 2006 breeding season under an agreement with Darley. The 8-year-old horse, who previously stood at Spendthrift Farm near Lexington, Ky., will stand for $7,500.
