A half-sister to Kentucky Derby (gr. I) winner Fusaichi Pegasus was foaled Feb. 16 at Arthur B. Hancock III's Stone Farm near Paris, Ky. The birth took place two days after her famous half-brother embarked on a new career at stud.
The newborn filly, by Unbridled, was bred by Hancock in partnership with Robert and Janice McNair's Stonerside Stable. She is the seventh offspring produced from Angel Fever (by Danzig), and all seven were sired by Mr. Prospector or his male-line descendants. Angel Fever is booked to Seeking the Gold.
