Marquetry Rose First Winner for Mass Market

Graded stakes winner Mass Market was represented by his first winner when his daughter Marquetry Rose scored July 8 at Hastings Racecourse. Bred in British Columbia, Canada, by Robert and Julie White, Marquetry Rose ran the 3 1/2 furlongs in :40.99 for owner Bahadur Cheema.

Winner of the Nashua Stakes (gr. III), Mass Market (Marquetry--Dear Guinevere, by Fearless Knight) stands for $2,500 (Canadian funds) at Red Rock Farm near Westwold, British Columbia.
