TOBA Partners with Exclusive Resorts

The Thoroughbred Owners and Breeders Association announced Tuesday that TOBA will be an exclusive partner with Exclusive Resorts, a leader in the new consumer segment of luxury residence clubs. The partnership originated out of interest in the National Awards Dinner to be held Sept. 9 at the Kentucky Horse Park. Exclusive Resorts identified TOBA members as a niche market for their product.

Through its partnership with Exclusive Resorts, TOBA members will have access to Exclusive Resorts' portfolio of more than 195 luxury vacation residences in more than 30 international destinations. With an average value of $3 million, each residence is designed to combine a private home setting with the services and amenities of a luxury resort.

Members of Exclusive Resorts pay a one-time membership fee (which is 80 % refundable upon resignation) and annual dues depending on the usage plan the member elects each year.

Memberships are priced at $185,000 for an affiliate membership, $295,000 for an executive membership, and $375,000 for a full membership, with annual dues ranging from $9,500 to $30,000 depending on the travel plan the member selects.
