Graded Winner Halo Homewrecker to Australia

Halo Homewrecker, a graded stakes winner by Southern Halo, has been purchased by Collingrove Stud for stallion duty at the Australia nursery located in Victoria.

Halo Homewrecker retired with three wins from 15 starts and earnings of $177,961 for breeder/owner Edward P. Evans. He won the Bay Shore Stakes (gr. III) and placed in the Riva Ridge Breeders' Cup Stakes (gr. II) and W. Meredith Bailes Memorial Stakes.

Five-year-old Halo Homewrecker is bred similarly to successful young sire More Than Ready   in that both are by Southern Halo and are out of Mr. Prospector granddaughters. Produced from the Silver Ghost mare Marital Spook, Halo Homewrecker is a half-brother to grade II winner Yonaguska and stakes winner Call It Off. His fee is $6,000 in Australian funds, including GST.
