Youbet.com, Form Ink Five-Year Partnership

Youbet.com, a California-based online wagering service, has announced a five-year strategic partnership with Daily Racing Form to provide online wagering services on the Form's Web site.

The new agreement expands the well-established relationship between the companies to include online promotion and the sale of products on their Web sites, the companies said in a release.

Fans who gather handicapping and other racing information on the Form's site can link to Youbet.com's browser-based product to watch and wager on horse races at more than 60 tracks in the United States, Canada, and Australia.

"The formalization of this extended partnership is a milestone for Youbet.com," said Ron Luniewski, executive vice president and chief operating officer of Youbet.com. "We expect these exclusive marketing initiatives to have a substantial impact on the growth of our subscriber base this year."

Youbet.com plans to execute a full-scale launch of its new web-based product in early spring.
