First Winner for Champion Minardi

English and Irish champion Minardi sired his first winner June 10 when Suetowa broke her maiden in Milan, Italy.
Suetowa, Minardi's first starter, was bred in Kentucky by Walmac International's John T.L.Jones Jr. and farm manager Bobby Miller.

Boundary-Yarn) raced in Europe for the partnership of Michael Tabor and Susan Magnier. He is a half-brother to sire
Tale of the Cat and the dam of champion and sire
Johannesburg, Myth. Yarn is a full sister to sire
Pulpit .
Federico Barberini, agent, purchased Suetowa for $6,000 at the 2004 Keeneland January mixed sale from the consignment of Four Star Sales, agent.
Minardi bred 76 mares at Walmac his first season, and also stood the Southern Hemisphere season at Glenmorgan Farm near Tuakau, New Zealand. Property of a syndicate, his advertised fee this year was $8,500.
