III) as a juvenile. The son of Thunder Gulch has shown a lot of growth since his 2-year-old campaign. He has finished in the money in all four of his starts on the year, most recently scoring a two-length win in a 1 1/16-mile allowance race May 8 at Belmont Park for trainer Sal Russo. Jose Santos gets the mount aboard Reverberate, carrying 116 pounds. The pair will break from gate seven.The Patrick Biancone-trained Chekhov, who topped the 2004 Keeneland April 2-year-olds in training sale at $3.3 million, will challenge stakes company for the second time in his four-start career when he takes the gate for the Peter Pan. He finished fifth in the Feb. 5 Sham Stakes (gr. II) at Santa Anita. The lightly raced son of Pulpit broke his maiden by eight lengths May 8, going 1 1/16 miles at Belmont Park. Gary Stevens will ride Derrick Smith and Michael Tabor's Chekhov. The pair will break from post four carrying 116 pounds.The field for Saturday's $200,000 Peter Pan Stakes (gr.
