Peter Charles Bance Jr., whose father is part owner of Bluegrass Thoroughbred Services near Nicholasville, Ky., died April 13 in a car accident. Bance, who was a junior at Hampden-Sydney College in Virginia, was 21. His survivors include his parents. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Delta Waterfowl, P.O.
