TV Producer Noel Joins HRTV

Edited press releaseMultiple award-winning television producer Dan Noel, president of Cutting Edge Media Productions, has joined HorseRacing TV's production team and will focus on the day-to-day live operation of the 24-hour television network, according to Amy J. Zimmerman, executive producer of HRTV.
In addition, HRTV announced that Phil Kubel has been promoted to senior coordinating producer. Kubel, who has been a member of the Santa Anita broadcast center team since 1997, was among those instrumental in launching HRTV in July 2002.
Noel has more than 25 years experience in producing sports television, primarily in the Los Angeles market. He began his career working producing sports for KCBS-TV, the CBS owned and operated station, the CBS affiliate, and has worked for the last six years in various capacities for Television Games, including senior producer and most recently as director of b roadcast Operations.
Kubel, in addition to his new duties, will continue to oversee HRTV's post-production unit, as well as coordinate many of the other broadcast divisions currently housed at the Arcadia studio, including RaceOnTV and the Horse
HRTV is a 24-hour television network providing up to 15 hours per day of wire-to-wire coverage of live horse racing action from more than 70 Thoroughbred, harness and Quarter horse racetracks in the United States, Canada and Australia. HRTV is available via cable system operators and DISH Network.
