TVG and HRTV to Present Live Dubai World Cup Coverage

TVG will present live in-studio coverage of the 10th annual Dubai World Cup (UAE-I) from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. ET, from Nad Al Sheba Racecourse. HRTV will also air live the Dubai World Cup beginning at 8:30 am ET.
Highlighting the TVG telecast will be a special one-hour live simulcast of the world's richest race, the $6 million Dubai World Cup on Fox Sports Net 2, Fox Sports NY, and Fox Sports South from noon-1 p.m. ET. Sun Sports will air that hour of the program at 5:30 p.m. ET. The Dubai World Cup is horseracing's richest day with purses totaling more than $15 million.
In addition to the Dubai World Cup, a 1 1/4-mile race for horses four-and-up, TVG and HRTV will also air live coverage of the $2 million Dubai Golden Shaheen (UAE-I), $2 million Dubai Duty Free (UAE-I), $2 million Dubai Sheema Classic (UAE-I), $2 million UAE Derby (UAE-II), and the $1 million Godolphin Mile (UAE-II).
A full menu of wagering will be offered by TVG through Fair Grounds.
Host Todd Schrupp will be joined by TVG racing analysts Frank Lyons and Simon Bray from the network's studios in Los Angeles beginning at 10 a.m. ET to provide in-depth race coverage including features on the World Cup contestants, handicapping, and race information.
