Langfuhr Filly Tops OBS 'Under Tack' Session A filly by Langfuhr consigned by Crupi's New Castle Farm zipped an eighth in :10 1/5 to post the fastest workout at the distance at the second session of the "Under Tack Preview" for the Ocala Breeders' Sales Company's 2005 March Sale of Selected 2-Year-Olds in Training. The bay filly is out of Three of a Kind, by Carson City, a daughter of stakes winner Wendover Way, by Brent's Prince. For the second straight day, the sale horses worked into a stiff headwind, which increased as the day progressed. Dinner Backstage, a colt by Formal Dinner consigned by Donna M. Wormser, agent, worked an eighth in :10 2/5. Out of Stage Bulletin, by Rare Performer, the dark bay or brown colt is a half brother to stakes winner Basketball Court. Two colts shared honors for the session's fastest quarter mile breeze, stopping the timer in :21 3/5. A bay colt by Exploit consigned by Paul Sharp, agent for Jack and Robert Hopkins, is out of Meadowlass, by Meadlowlake, a full sister to stakes winner Meadowlamb. A dark bay or brown colt by Allen's Prospect consigned by Terry Oliver, agent, out of graded stakes winner Silent Turn, by Silent Cal, is a half brother to stakes placed Quiet Assurance. Two colts worked quarters in :21 4/5. One is Privacy Please, a bay colt by Stormy Atlantic consigned by Murray Smith, agent, out of Private Gain, by Private Talk, a half sister to stakes placed Gater Co Ed. The other, El Viento, is a bay colt by El Corredor consigned by M & H Training and Sales, agent, out of stakes winner Taft Lil Queen, by Irish Open.
