Grade II Winner Scrimshaw Gets First Mare in Foal

Scrimshaw, a grade II winner and third in the Preakness Stakes (gr. I), has gotten his first mare in foal. Wooden Crown, dam of graded winner Williams News, was pronounced in foal March 7. Scrimshaw (Gulch--Rogue Girl, by Sham) stands for $6,500 at Millennium Farms Kentucky near Lexington.
