First Mare in Foal to Perfect Soul

Perfect Soul, a Canadian champion, has gotten his first mare in foal. Athena's Smile, a daughter of Olympio and a half-sister to millionaire Hodges Bay, is the first mare pronounced in foal to the millionaire son of Sadler's Wells. A mile course-record setter at Keeneland out of the Secretariat mare Ball Chairman, Perfect Soul stands for $15,000 at Darby Dan Farm (John Phillips managing partner) near Lexington.
