Edited BCCA release

Thoroughlybred.com has offered its Web site for farms and owners to list stallion seasons to benefit the The Belmont Child Care Association.

The BCCA is soliciting donations of seasons for the auction to be held in early 2006. All of the money bid will benefit Anna House, a BCCA childcare center at Belmont Park established for the working families of New York racing.

Thoroughlybred.com is a Web site for auction of stallion seasons, mares, weanlings, yearlings, transportation, boarding, collectibles, and all items pertaining to Thoroughbred racing. Similar to the process used on the Internet bidding site eBay, an individual or entity hosts its own auction and provides all pictures and information for the listing. The listing will appear for the entire auction period, which may be set from one to 15 days. The bidding is live and will be entirely dedicated to Thoroughbred breeders and owners.

The BCCA is a not-for-profit-corporation established in December 1998.To donate a season please contact Stuart Chenkin at (516) 488-2103.
