Sunrise Song Leads Way at Inglis Auction

Sunrise Song, a 4-year-old bay gelding by Song of Tara, brought Aus$28,000 to top the Inglis & Son summer mixed sale Friday in Sydney, Australia. Produced from the Success Express mare Malbon, Sunrise Song has won once in five career races while racing for J.A. and Mrs. T. O'Gara. The buyer was G. Taylor.

In all, 128 horses were sold for a gross of Aus$503,350, an average of Aus$3,932, and a median of Aus$2,375.
