Owner Louis F. Goodwin Dead

Louis F. Goodwin, an owner for 34 years, died Feb. 10 at his home in Glen Burnie, Md., south of Baltimore. He was 85.

Goodwin, who was in the seafood business in Baltimore, raced horses all over the East Coast and had just one trainer during his years in the sport, L. William Donovan. His best runners were Gotta, Genuine George, and Aries Special.
