Silverbulletday Produces Vindication Filly

Michael Pegram's two-time champion filly Silverbulletday produced her third foal, a dark bay filly by undefeated champion Vindication, Jan. 28 at John Sikura's Hill 'n' Dale Farm near Lexington.

Silverbulletday was named Champion 2-year-old filly and Champion 3-year-old filly in 1998 and 1999, respectively.

The daughter of Silver Deputy retired with a career record of 23-15-3-1. She earned $3,093,207.

Silverbulletday has a 3-year-old A.P. Indy colt, Tice, and a 2-year-old Storm Cat filly.

Vindication, Champion 2-year-old colt of 2002, retired a perfect four-for-four, including a two-length win in the Bessemer Trust Breeders' Cup Juvenile (gr. I), with earnings of $680,950.

A son of Seattle Slew, Vindication's first foals arrive this year. His 2005 stud fee is $60,000.
