Millionaire Frisk Me Now to Oak Tree in Minnesota

Frisk Me Now, a millionaire and multiple grade II winner, has arrived for stallion duty at Buck and Karen Wheeler's Oak Tree Farms near Ellendale, Minn. The Wheelers purchased the 11-year-old stallion and plan to syndicate him.

Frisk Me Now scored grade II wins in the Danka Hutcheson Stakes, Ohio Derby, and the Suburban, Philip H. Iselin, and Gulfstream Park Breeders' Cup Sprint Championship Handicaps. He retired with earnings of $1,727,707. His sire, Mister Frisky, won 16 consecutive races, including the Santa Anita Derby (gr. I).

Frisk Me Now, who was produced from the Tsunami Slew mare Slew Me Now, is the sire of multiple stakes winner Frisky Spider and Puerto Rican grade I stakes-placed Frisky Spirit. Formerly at Old Frankfort Stud near Lexington, Frisk Me Now will stand for $2,500 live foal.
