Sunday Break's first foal was born Jan. 18 at Suzi Shoemaker's Lantern Hill Farm near Midway, Ky. The newborn colt is out the Relaunch mare Smart Launch, who is a full sister to stakes winner Gray Mood.
Winner of the Peter Pan Stakes (gr. II), Sunday Break (Forty Niner--Catequil, by Storm Cat) stands at Gainesway Farm (Antony Beck, president) near Lexington, Ky. His 2005 fee is $8,500.
