Portland Cancels Racing Again Sunday

With no thaw in temperatures in the Portland metropolitan area, Portland Meadows Racetrack has canceled its live racing program Sunday for the second time in as many days due to frozen track conditions. Portland Meadows and all Magna Entertainment Corp. Oregon Racing, Inc. off-track wagering facilities will be open for simulcasting. Should temperatures rise, as recent weather forecasts have indicated, live racing is expected to resume Monday at 1:05 p.m. PST.
