Irisheyesareflying to Star Meadow in Texas

Irisheyesareflying, a multiple graded stakes winner who earned $715,036, will enter stud at Star Meadow Farm near Lake Dallas, Texas. His fee is $3,500.

A 9-year-old son of Flying Continental, Irisheyesareflying won the 2001 Longacres Mile Handicap (gr. III) and Wells Fargo Bank California Cup Classic and took the following year's Berkeley Handicap (gr. III). He placed in four career stakes, three of which were graded, and ran fourth to winner Tiznow in the Santa Anita Handicap (gr. I).

Irisheyesareflying, who was produced from the Track Barron mare Sharon's Barron, retired with eight wins from 39 starts. He is owned by a partnership formed by D. Thompson of TMF TB Partners and Brett St. Amand and is in the process of being syndicated.
