Quigley, Hooper to Wed

Retired New Jersey racing executive Robert J. "Bob" Quigley, 75, and Wanda Hooper, 69, widow of Fred Hooper, are engaged to be married.
The wedding will take place on Thursday, Dec. 30, 2004 at The Church of the Sea in Bal Harbour, Florida with a reception at Nando's Restaurant in Hallandale Beach.
The wedding will be attended by small group of family and friends of the couple. The newlyweds will reside in Hallandale Beach after a honeymoon in Nassau at the Atlantis Resort.
